Property Hire

Auditorium

If you would like to hire out the auditorium be it either for a conference, wedding, funeral or other functions here is what you will be getting:

  • Sound system

  • Sitting capacity of 370 ppl

  • 15 trestle tables

  • Has a Cry room/Mothers’ room for toddlers.

  • Projectors and screens

  • Crockery and Cutlery 

Kitchen

The Kitchen is also available to hire for various functions. Below is a list of what is included when you hire it out:

​

  • Four plate industrial gas stove

  • Two oven stoves

  • Display fridge.

  • Microwave

  • Kettle

  • Aircon

  • Hydro boil

  • Four wash basins

Foyer

The Foyer can be hired for smaller functions or for tea's after a function. Here is what is included in the Hire costs:

​

  • Three tea stations with urns, crockery, and cutlery

  • Wooden floor area

  • Portable projector and a screen

  • Large veranda area 

  • Fourteen plastic tables

Classrooms

We have 2 classrooms that are available for hire. They are normally hired out for an exam venues or school classes. You can also hold a smaller group in here with no problems. You can decorate or cater as needed. 

This is what is included:

  • Airconditioned

  • 7m by 6m

Boardroom

The Boardroom is the perfect room for business meetings or any other formal meetings. Below is a list of what is included.

​

  • Large table for meetings (14 pp seating arrangement)

  • Fridge

  • Projector and screen

  • Kettle

  • Airconditioned

Church

Our beautiful traditional Church is also available for hire for funerals, memorials or any other functions.

Here is what you will be getting:

​

  • Seating capacity of 250 pp

  • Sound system

  • Piano, organ

  • Projector and screen

  • Choir stage

  • Theatre style seating arrangement.

  • Airconditioned

  • Cry room / Mothers’ room

  • Kitchen

Other important information to take note of:

  • We have a generator for backup during loadshedding.

  • We have a beautiful garden for people to use if they would like to take pictures of functions like weddings etc.

  • Our property is fully fenced, and we have a large area for parking.
